So, some more info about our hosts… Moonpig started in 1999 and now have over 10 million customers in the UK, Australia and USA.  They send more than 14 million cards across the globe per year – that’s enough cards to stretch to the moon and back! In July 2011, Moonpig merged with PhotoBox, creating Europe’s leading personalized publishing group with a focus on online retailing of greeting and gift cards and digital photo services, including printing, storage, sharing and publishing. Talk 1: Promote a culture of peer feedback in your teams - Manuele Piastra (Scrum Master and Agile Coach at PhotoBox) 
Moonpig/PhotoBox intro followed by talk… Peer feedback is a great tool for learning and growth. How do you transition from managers only giving feedback to employees once a year to a culture of continuous peer to peer feedback? 

Talk 2: Industrial Agility: How to be ready for the 4th Industrial Revolution - Paolo Sammicheli (Agile and Business Coach) 
Paolo is an entrepreneur and an IT professional with 25+ years of experience. He works as an Agile and Business Coach, helping European firms to uncover better ways of building products. TEDx Speaker in 2016, he presented the talk "Open, Collaborative and Agile: The next industrial revolution". Passion about Technology, Innovation, Mobile, Online Communities, Free Software, Events, Communication, Design, Marketing and Startups. 

Talk 3. Stay agile: multi-team product development, the modern way - Carlo Beschi (Agile Coach) ​
